Privacy Policy

Last updated: 03/07/2026

1. Information We Collect

To provide anti-nuke, anti-raid, and moderation functionality, the Bot may collect and process the following:

Server (Guild) Data

Server ID, name, and icon; server configuration settings (e.g., whitelisted roles/users, punishment thresholds, log channel IDs, prefix); roles, channels, and permission structure relevant to moderation actions.

User Data

Discord User ID, username, and discriminator/tag; server nickname and roles (where relevant to moderation actions); message metadata used for spam/raid detection (e.g., message frequency, timestamps, channel IDs) - not full message content unless explicitly required for a specific feature; moderation history within servers using the Bot; audit log entries fetched from Discord to distinguish legitimate moderator actions from malicious/automated actions.

Technical Data

Command usage logs (which commands were run, by whom, when, and in which server) for debugging and abuse prevention; error logs and crash reports.

We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or Discord account credentials - we never have access to these.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data to detect and respond to raids, nukes, spam, and other malicious activity in real time; distinguish between authorized moderator actions and unauthorized/malicious ones; enforce your server's configured moderation rules; maintain logs so server staff can review and reverse automated actions; diagnose bugs, improve detection accuracy, and maintain Bot stability; and enforce these Terms and this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling unrelated to the Bot's core moderation functions.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Configuration data is retained for as long as the Bot remains in your server. Moderation logs and case histories are retained until manually cleared, so staff can review past actions. If the Bot is removed from a server, associated server configuration data is deleted within 30 days, except where retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We may share limited data only: with infrastructure/hosting providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal request; to investigate suspected violations of our Terms of Service, fraud, or abuse; and with Discord, Inc. itself, as an inherent part of operating a Discord bot via their API.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data, including access controls and, where applicable, encryption. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to request access to the data we hold, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us in our Discord support server. Server owners can also remove the Bot at any time to stop further data collection.

7. Children's Privacy

The Bot is not intended for use by anyone under the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service (currently 13, or higher in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from underage users beyond what Discord itself provides through normal Bot operation.

8. Third-Party Services

The Bot operates on top of the Discord API and is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Discord's data practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via our support server. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
