The Bot provides automated server protection and moderation tools, including detection and mitigation of mass-ban, mass-kick, mass-channel-deletion, and other "nuke" or "raid" style attacks; automated punitive actions; anti-spam, anti-scam, and anti-phishing link detection; logging of moderation actions; and configurable moderation commands.
We do not guarantee the Bot will detect, prevent, or mitigate every possible attack, exploit, or malicious action. The Bot is a tool to assist moderation - not a guarantee of server security.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) to use the Bot.
If you add the Bot to a server, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to grant it the requested permissions. You are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately, reviewing the permissions granted to it, any consequences from misconfiguration (including false-positive punitive actions), and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and Discord's policies.
Anti-nuke and anti-raid systems rely on heuristics, thresholds, and pattern detection. The Bot may occasionally produce false positives against legitimate users, staff, or other bots, or fail to detect a genuine attack (false negatives). We are not liable for any damage, data loss, member loss, or disruption resulting from the Bot's automated decisions. You are responsible for reviewing audit logs and correcting any erroneous automated actions.
You agree not to use the Bot to facilitate harassment, spam, doxxing, illegal activity, or violations of Discord's Terms of Service; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Bot's systems; circumvent Discord's own security or moderation systems; resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Bot without our express written permission; or use the Bot in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality for other servers.
To function, the Bot requires certain Discord permissions (e.g., Ban Members, Kick Members, Manage Roles, Manage Channels, View Audit Log). By inviting the Bot, you grant it these permissions for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive to keep the Bot online and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. The Bot may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, Discord API outages, hosting issues, or other factors outside our control.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Bot will prevent all raids, nukes, or malicious activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of server members, loss of goodwill, or any damage arising from automated actions taken by the Bot. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Bot shall not exceed £0 GBP.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Bot for any server or user, at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Terms, or actions harmful to the Bot's infrastructure or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via our support server. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
